All PV Logic flexi panels come with two year product and 20 year cell output warranties.
Self-Healing top surface
The ETFE top layer gives the semi-flexible solar panels extra resilience in really though conditions. ETFE has a memory effect or self-healing capacity in the event the panel comes into contact with branches etc thus ensuring any slight abrasions are healed within a few hours. The semi-flexible solar panels can even be walked on with soft deck shoes. During production, the ETFE is dimpled to further protect the panel and provide an anti-slip surface, particularly useful if the panel is fitted to a boat deck.
Salt water and UV tested and certified
PV Logic flexi has passed the most rigorous testing to ensure long term performance in the harshest of environments. Tested to ASTM B117- ISO 9227 in an independent laboratory, a PV Logic flexi panel has been placed in a sealed tank and salt water spray jetted at the panel for 1000 hours. This is in addition to accelerated Ultraviolet (UV) weather testing. Both tests represent far more hostile conditions than a solar panel will encounter, even in the wildest oceans, but it is our guarantee that when things get tough you can rely on our PV Logic flexi solar panels.
Neat fit with rear exit option
The 150w solar panels in the PV Logic flexi range have the option of a rear cable exit. This allows a completely flush finish without any top mounted protrusions.
Superior design
There are no square edges on a PV Logic flexi panel. Rounded corners and a unique curved junction box provide superior adhesion, no snag lamination and no sharp edges. The junction box is mechanically fixed in addition to being bonded to the panel. Strain relief is provided for the fitted 4m UV stabilised PV cable ensuring it cannot be accidentally pulled from the junction box.
